I don’t have my Department Head/Advisor letter. Can I still submit my proposal?

No.  Incomplete applications will not be reviewed by the Advisory Board.

When can I submit my proposal?

Proposals may be submitted any time prior to the published deadline. However, proposals will not be reviewed until the current published deadline.

Is it possible for a graduate student and faculty member to apply with the same project/proposal?

Yes.  Please submit separate proposals.  Proposals may be identical; however, the individual detailed budgets for each proposal should be different so we know that the grants would not be covering the same expenses.

Multiple students are working on the same project.  Can they submit one proposal and split the funding?

No.  Each student should submit a separate proposal, and the budgets should reflect different expenses.
